DJ Brian

Brian Golub was an early regular at Pasquale Rotella's Insomniac raves in Los Angeles before a friend brought him out to his first Moontribe gathering in September 1994. He became a resident DJ there a year later, joining founding residents Daniel and John and adding his own sound to the desert collective's blend of psytrance, acid jazz, and psychedelic breakbeat.

Performing as Brian Seed, he's released the Hardesertrance mix series between 1997 and 1999, Moontribe: Sound Without Walls in 1999, and more recent work through his own label, Ritual Sounds. In 2009 he took over producing the From Us To You mix series for fellow Moontribe DJ Brad, moving it to digital-only release, and he's continued playing Moontribe gatherings and festivals including EDC Las Vegas.
