DJ Z-Trip

Zach Sciacca, known as Z-Trip, was born in Queens, New York, and grew up in Phoenix, Arizona, where he came up with the Bombshelter DJs alongside the crew's founder Emile Ananian and DJ Radar. In 1999 he and DJ P recorded Uneasy Listening, Vol. 1, an unauthorized mashup mix pairing unlikely combinations like Del tha Funkee Homosapien with Phil Collins, which spread widely online and became a template for the mashup movement.

His 2005 major label debut, Shifting Gears, featured guests including Chester Bennington, Chuck D, and Murs, and he was voted America's Best DJ in 2009. Since 2012 he's toured as LL Cool J's DJ, and has produced for artists including Public Enemy and Kasabian.
