Biography
Eric Davenport played LA's early '90s rave circuit, spinning a blend of breakbeat and techno at parties like Funky Blue Banana, one of the small, weekly warehouse raves that defined the era. Over a career spanning three decades, he's released more than 100 records, including as Smitty & Davenport and under the Metro LA name, and played more than 500 shows across roughly 70 cities.
He's since moved into deep house, afro house, and global rhythms, and now lives in the Sierra Nevada mountains near North Lake Tahoe, California.
