Biography
James Christian grew up in Brooklyn, first exposed to dance music through his mother's Motown records. In 1992 he began a two-year residency at Limelight, one of New York's most storied clubs, and by 1995 was releasing mix CDs alongside vinyl singles. He became affiliated with New York's Caffeine crew and produced for labels including Nervous and Sorted.
In 2002 he teamed with the production company Stuck on Earth for House Theory, a mix album on Topaz Records pulling tracks from Strictly Rhythm, Dust Traxx, and Ovum.
