Biography
Michael Myers got his start behind the turntables playing hip-hop before discovering techno in 1992 through the music of Josh Wink and Frankie Bones, and found his calling in progressive trance, citing influences including Frank Zenker, Dave Clarke, Commander Tom, and Jon the Dentist. He became a dynamic member of Philadelphia's Local 13 production company starting in 1995, working as a DJ, promoter, and event coordinator, and in 1999 became the progressive house and trance buyer for the city's 611 Records, joining the shop's DJ lineup as its sole trance DJ in 2000.
