R. Pooley, known as R-Fresh or AurFresh, was born and raised in Miami and became a significant figure in the South Florida rave scene, known for mixtapes that blended hip-hop, house, and Latin influences into the soundtrack of countless nights across the region. Praised for his intuitive ability to read a crowd, he played major festivals and intimate venues alike, and has since focused on mentoring the next generation of DJs and producers.
