Biography
Sean Murray came up on San Francisco's house scene in the early 1990s, shaped by seminal Bay Area events like Wicked's Full Moon parties and the Gathering, and influenced by scene figures including Jeno, John Howard, and Mark Farina. He built residencies at SF's Sound Factory, Static, 111 Minna, and 1015 Folsom, along with the Sunset crew's outdoor events, campouts, and boat parties, and has played alongside artists including Doc Martin, Richie Hawtin, John Tejada, Sven Väth, and Fred Everything.
In 2004 he relocated to Reno, Nevada, and co-founded Reno House Musique, whose monthly event Hustle brought in guests like Rick Preston and Justin Martin. He later returned to San Francisco after nearly a decade away, holding a residency at the weekly night Housepitality, and produces music under the name Random Pattern.
