Biography
Simon Pearson was among the first of the wave of British DJs who arrived in San Francisco around 1990 and helped kickstart the city's rave scene, alongside figures like DJ Garth, Jeno, and Tony Hewitt. With Malachy O'Brien, he co-founded Come Unity, a mid-week club night at 1015 Folsom Street that became one of the essential early gathering spots of the scene, alongside Wicked's Full Moon parties, The Gathering, and The Top. He remixed DJ Garth and E.T.I.'s "20 Minutes of Disco Glory" as the Come Unity Mix in 1998.
