This tape features two heavy drum & bass mixes from SF Bay Area DJs Re Ach and Quantum23. This is the second tape from a double tape set released by Sutekh's (aka Rrose) Belief Systems label back in late 1997 to support club Static.

From the j-card "Static is a weekly event occurring on Tuesday nights at 2925 16th Street in San Francisco with resident DJs Bre Ad, Sutekh, Quantum23 and Re Ach."

This mix was ripped from the original cassette on a Nakamichi BX-300, cleaned up in Ableton, and video encoded at 1080p for the best possible HD sound.
