A collection of mixes from one of the West Coast underground trance scene's most distinctive voices. Originally based in San Francisco, Thomas Michael was active from the mid-1990s through the early 2000s - known early on as "American Thomas" to distinguish himself from Thomas of SF's legendary Wicked crew, before settling into "Thomas Michael SF" and eventually simply Thomas Michael.

His mixes capture the San Francisco / Los Angeles underground at a remarkable moment - cities with some of the most passionate and musically sophisticated dance music communities in the country, and a trance scene that had its own character distinct from what was happening on the East Coast or in Europe.
