The follow up to 1992's excellent Grooves On Phobos, Southern California's Eli Star continues to wow us with an eclectic mix of mid-90s ambient, trance, and breakbeat tunes on Return To Phobos. This is the only mixtape I've ever come across that includes Underworld's amazing Thing In A Book track. Featuring tracks from Loop Guru, Banco de Gaia, The Future Sound Of London, Karl Biscuit, Bobvan, Globo, Underworld, and more.
