Biography
George Ybarra, who performs as DJ Curious, was born and raised in Los Angeles and started DJing at underground techno parties in 1989. He founded Tonz of Drumz Recordings and also recorded for Mictlan, working across hip-hop, reggae, soul, drum and bass, and jungle rather than staying in one lane. He held residencies at Insomniac, Wreck-Ignition, Midnite Bombers, and Non-Stop events, and represented Ruffneck Apparel.
