Bay Area techno maestro Sutekh (aka Rrose) released this stunning techno / experimental mix in 1997. This tape was my introduction to a lot of tracks, producers, and labels I ended up following for years afterwards. To this day I can't hear "What Is The Time Mr. Templar" without thinking of bumping this mix in my buddy's Honda Civic.
